This app is garbage. The last update just causes it to crash on startup. Oh well, I will uninstall it and I will have to miss out on the pleasure of some $2 magazine, a free order of fries from Burger King when I spend $10, or some other garbage. No real loss. And no, I won't email you for help fixing the issue. I'm not your beta tester. Use some of Sievert's $37M salary to pay for one.
I noticed the app closes automatically when opened. Dont tell me to remove and reinstall the app when everyone says they have already done it. I've done it as well. I've restarted my phone, and the issue persists.
Mi app keeps crashing. It has been two day that it does this. I uninstall it and install it again but it keeps crashing.
Worst app I never seen, trash, garbage
Crashes and unable to open On a s23 phone un-installed and reinstall didn't work, neither clear cache.
WiFi Internet extremely disappointing and unreliable. Sometimes it's fast others very slow. I restart it several times a day. First thing they say is move it around house for best reception. Our house is on a hill 50ft above every obstacle. Box is on second floor by window. No logic I don't move my cell phone around the house.
Soon as I open the app, it automatically closes. I uninstalled it and installed back couple of times but same results. Hope someone looks into this and helps. I have s24 ultra.
App is horrible. It constantly says I'm offline when its obviously working. I've done all the things listed in other reviews such as clearing cache. The app is useless to use when one minute you're online setting time limits then you're offline and can't access the devices you restricted. Brand new Tmobile user on my trial and I may not be keeping it.

This app won't even open today. I ininstalled and reinstalled. The issue persists.
