App unresponsive when you try to order
Made a $500 purchase and received no points. The only reason I got the app was to start building up rewards... Just a waste of time worrying about a broken rewards program.
Store employees will suggest garbage. Must get commission. Disappointed.
Latest version does NOT run on Motorola One 5G Ace. White screen with continuous spinning circle. Second attempt asking for technical assistance without any response.
Hard to call up in store, confusing and not sure if it provides any benefits that exceed nit having the App.
Where the heck is the events/classes?
Horribly slow, with loooong delays to user input. Frequent freezing and crashing. Even with strong wifi and data connections available, it complains that it can't find the internet. Using the device's browser to conduct the exact same search on the Total Wine website is ALWAYS faster and avoids the ridiculous performance problems. Fails to retain favorites and makes it a chore to find specials, requires manual setting of dozens of filters for each search, too many irrelevant results every time.
This is worst app and overall system I have ever encountered. Why, on God's green earth, did you change from the old system where you just keyed in your phone number at checkout?
Pathetically slow.
As a delivery driver I don't appreciate you guys scanning my ID. I did not give you permission to save it in a database you asked to check it and then you slid it through a reader and now you have my personal information. I did not authorize this. You cannot do this legally without letting me know what you're doing with my information! I hope your legal department knows about this.
