Extremely unprofessional, and lie. The house didnt have wifi (charged and still not refunded), never sent cleaning service (never refunded) and never fixed the kitchen sink that wouldnt drain. AVOID Edit : To their reply: it's being "handled" for 2 week. They lie about the day - and you are just there waiting missing work. All other review are the same : they don't know reply on helpline either.
Please uninstall this application immediately. Fake photos, large deposit sum, many hidden rules that you need to find in the contract, technician unable to solve problem with broken sink, dead lamps, AC not working. Customer service very slow and not competent in solving problems. Unable to find relocation. Make sure you do not need to use the property immediately because you will face many difficulties checking in and repairing things

Nggak akn pernah lg pakai apk ini cukup yg pertama dan terakhir.. sy uninstall, gk banget.. mulai dari CS yg bales nya luar biasa lama ketika awal pesan sampai checkin sangat(10x) slow respon.. pertanyan ada 2 yg dijwb cuma 1 itupun lama, chat pagi, sore baru dibales.. no telp kantor ketika dihubungi lagi under repair kacau2x.. komplenan ga dibales.. tapi giliran nagih uang deposit gercep bgt minta roomboy nya nagihin.. pake ngancem segala tengah mlm mau diusir.. byk hidden cost, poor management
Badd experience, room boy mengada2 terkait kerusakan saat CO. Ketika checkout dapet konfirmasi bahwa terjadi kerusakan yakmi sofa terdapat bolong akibat rokok. Well, kami tidak ada gv merokok dan bolong yg difotokan sangat rapih sekali kecil. Alhasil deposit kami dipotong padahal kami mempunyai bukti bahwa tidak ada kerusakaan saat CO. Hati2 yg mau pakai travelio nnti depositnya bisa2 dikurangin dengan alasan kerusakan yg dibuat2.
Do not use this app! Start with bait and switch. You cannot see unit prior to signing. I,showed up and the unit I had booked was not available. Since np other arangments available I took the replacement unit and upon closer inspection it was significantly worse. No hot water, no water dispenser, and furniture that when you sit on it breaks! Air con did kota work and took 2 weeks to fix. Then the same aircon broke 2 more times! They want me to pay to have unit checked and to pay for repair it!!
Apps tolol bgt. Semua notification gak jalan. Ditambah live chat bohongan yg buang waktu. Mau urus extend aja sampe 2 mgg gak beres2. Namanya live chat itu lsg dibalas. Bukannya dibalas besok. Sudah janjian waktu juga percuma. Ga ada kabar dr org travelio

Sangat tidak informatif... semua perubahan atau informasi diinfokan mendadak dan sangat tidak membantu memberikan solusi permasalahan tersebut, saya pernah sudah booking dan Lunas di hari cek in, baru diinfokan tidak bisa cek in karna apartemen sedang tutup... tepat di hari saya cek in... nah dari kemarin nya kemana saja
Serba sulit, komunikasi susah, komplain susah, deposit kelamaan dan mahal, tapi giliran nagih tiap jam dan harus kita penuhi.. asli kapok pake travelio ga akan lagi lagi
