I would give this no stars if I could it has my active subscriptions as inactive and subscription I never had DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
THIS APP IS HORRIBLE I didn't sign up for any subscriptions or anything and I was just looking at the app. Today I saw that they charged my card $50 and they are saying I don't have any transactions through them which is bull cause they did in fact steal $50 from me. They won't give me my money back. If I could rate negative stars I would. They don't deserve a one star. I disputed the charge. Update: I got my money back. I still will never use this app again.
This is terribly inaccurate and when trying to cancel subscription. They said they did and now I've been charged 3 more times
uses plaid (which WILL sell your data), is shady as heck and all around terrible with bad customer service and an ugly layout. shamefully awful app, I'm embarrassed for the podcasters I listen to who use it as an advertiser. rocket money you belong in a dumpster
I haven't been impressed with this app since it switched from Truebill to Rocket Money. I kept giving it another chance but it just seems to be worse. Maybe go back to canceling subscriptions like you advertise or advertise what you do provide.
App does not do as promised Rocket money does not find your subscriptions. You have to add them yourself. It's also never mentioned that Rocket Money is a subscription itself that you pay for monthly
It's so STUPID to make a phone call or text the only method of verification. My phone number changed so now I can't access my account even though my gmail and password are correct because I can't receive the verification code. I shouldn't have to call customer service to resolve such an issue all because the developers incompetence doesn't consider the possibility of change. The point in signing in with my email is so I don't have to use my number, dummys. Send the code to my email maybe?
I switched to Rocket Money after Mint shut down. I've faced numerous inaccuracies with my balances. Today, I received a past-due notice from Wells Fargo, which was shocking as I regularly check Rocket Money for bill updates. There were no upcoming or recent bills listed from Wells Fargo. For an app meant for managing finances, this is unacceptable. As the money manager of my household, I feel like I let my family down by trusting this app
a lot of trouble keeping my accounts synced up, i always get false readings for what i owe and what's in my account no matter how many times i update refresh or re enter my account info, would be easier it ot just manually let you log the numbers, also the fact that im paying for the subscription is crazy about to unsubscribe
