Incorrect data and app crashes a lot. For example, yesterday I travelled around 6kms and it shows 26.8kms. battery charging status on app always is wrong. The vehicle itself gives 45 to 50 kms with normal riding in eco mode when advertised as 75kms, and it's a 15 day old vehicle. Charging always between 20% to 85% max.

Useless app. Without star, I couldn't post, so I was given a single star. TVS, what is the need to have this app? Don't develop and launch an app without a proper analysis. Check for yourself what is wrong and take corrective action. Don't forward predefined, pre loaded message. Previous app was good, Stopped working after upgrade. No use of taking a subscription for IQUBE it's just a waste of money. No response from customer care, I have called and raised my concern and requested to raise a ticket but I haven't received any info about the ticket I raised and the issue still persist not able to track my vehicle and even unable to connect Bluetooth with my vehicle not even showing charging status. So disgusting and completely disappointed ā¹ļø
It's showing my vehicle is already on boarded! In fact I never used this app before! Give me proper solution as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!
