I ordered but I didn't received the order. I opened a ticket, the order was 37 pounds but they said that they can refund 2 pounds. I opened another ticket but they said that 48 hour passed so I can't do anything. Deleted the app
Place an order in 2 Seconds later Cancel it and told you can't get your refund. Because it already started making your order. We'll never use the app again.This is the second time it's happened
This app can never seem to select the same store twice. There's a restaurant I selected that's across the street from me, but Uber sent it to another one miles away. It does this all the time. I'll switch the Uber selects to the one I select but it doesn't stick. It's so aggravating. It messes up my plans on what I need to do. Get it fixed.
First off extremely poor costermer service..second and most important I was charged 46$ for a order I canceled in less than 5 min...the whole order was 58$...they only gave me 11$ back...I truly fill like I was robbed
