Another Scam ticket site. Dont think you can sell your tickets, you cannot! Also get ready for outrageous fees. These criminal sites are whats driving up prices to insanity!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Dont use this service! Very overpriced. Plus they offer no refunds AT ALL. They charged me $968 for 3 Def Leppard tickets & I found same section tickets on Seat Geek for $482. Then when Vivid seats transferred the tickets, they showed up in my Seat Geek app anyway. Learned a valuable lesson, & I hope to save someone the headache in the future. I wont EVER use this app again. I recommend Seat Geek.
Terrible customer service. The 100% ticket guarantee is totally bogus. You will not get a refund either. DO BUY TICKETS FROM HERE!
App works fine but if your show gets canceled and Vivid promises you your refund, don't hold your breathe. Concert was canceled on 7/9 and they gave me a voucher to use on the app which I declined. I requested my refund since it was well over $300 and they've yet to return my money even after speaking to a rep and getting multiple confirmation emails of it being refunded. Ended up just opening a claim with my bank instead. Never using this company again.
Bought tickets to a neffex concert. Time of the concert came and one of the tickets wouldn't load. Had to buy a ticket straight from ticket master. Support wouldn't refund the ticket, saying the ticket was usable at the time of concert. Which they wouldn't know unless they were standing right next to me. Not using again.
Somehow worse than ticketmaster. Says tickets are delivered, but cannot tell you where they were delivered to.
Fooled me once. Never again. I never had a chance to review my selection. If there was a page in between, before running my card I didn't see. No refunds after. Totally unacceptable. There are better ways to do business. Will never use this service again. Fees are too high. Total transparent as far as I couldn't even see how to find what they call the breakdown on pricing before being charged. Please read their response, sell my tickets? . I never said anything about that.
Terrible, customer service kept running us through the same hoops. Could not get our tickets to our event on time. Vivid app was not helpful at all. Will try to get our money back.
Not a good app to get tikes, be careful because they have a really bad customers service, no way to help me with anything, and they repeat the same thing over and over , without listening, no matter if you nice ...
