Used to be great. The company was purchased by another and got rid of a lot of free features. Useless to me now. I've moved on to another.
Very displeased... Do not reccommend!!!! I currently pay for a wave account and have been using it all year, thought it was great!! Today i can not access my account and there is absolutely no human support, UNLESS i buy another account. This app is officially a scam. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
I can understand the need to put more features behind a paywall but the choices made are terrible. Sending a simple invoice from within an invoicing tool is not free anymore .... The most basic features are now behind a paywall. It's best to switch to one of the many other tools that let's you do this for free.
Login keeps locking me out even though I have access to desktop version. Horrible experience getting started using the app to begin with and would not allow me to use my business email for my account. Only started using this app because my advisor suggested it but don't waste your time. It's just going to cause you stress down the road.

BAIT AND SWITCH Free version was changed and is no longer practical. This USED to be a very helpful app/website for my new business. All of a sudden I can only send a link for a reciept but the link isn't even clickable. I understand you have to gain monetarily but I had my whole business on here and then you change everything and render it useless to the people who used to be able to use it? Thank you, goodbye

I use this app and service for my small business and I use to recommend this service to alot of people because of the options available for free. What I don't like is that for the app I need buy a plan, but if I use desktop version I can do what I need it for, for free such as transactions and receipt uploads. I don't understand, if it's free on desktop, why not free on the app?
Wanted to upgrade to pro to remove the branding and the new attachment feature, however there is no example anywhere of what an invoice with attachment looks like. Does it show the "attached image" within the invoicePDF? I read it simply adds a link to the sending email. This is how I discovered there is now no phone, email, or chat support to ask anything unless you pay . The chatbot was useless and kept telling me to ask something else. Very frustrating and disappointing at the same time.
Terrible. Unable to generate PDF invoice, as the app has a nonspecific error and then fails.
