This Western Union deserves 1 star or less . I paid for money transfer to be received within minutes but it has been hrs and the receiver have not received the money. This is like the 6th time this is happening and when I called they blaming MTN bank in Cameroon. Well if MTN Cameroon is not delivering the money as they should thts Western Union fault for letting them jeep doing this. I have business with Western Union not MTN Cameroon. I paid for services that I'm not getting

Someone hacked my cell got western union on my phone and transferred 650 out of my bank account.

Took for ever to send a transfer because I kept getting errors and it was because the permissions in my settings were turned off for certain things but it took me hours to figure it out since I did t have a car to send the money at a location. So if you are having issues make sure to accept all cookies and give all permissions on your cell phone.
$3500 WAS TAKEN FROM ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS AND SENT WESTERN UNION. I WANT TO PRESS CHARGES.
Lackluster and, frankly, incompetent. App will not connect to service reliably. When it does connect I cannot use the service to wire money. The primary function it is supposed to serve. Just can't do it. Too complicated it would seem. Time to move on to a more capable app and business.

Keeps insisting I allow notifications and will not let me continue unless I do. Keeps saying I have the wrong password at the same time it asks me to reenter password and confirm a code. Then it tells me to contact customer service. When I use my browser, I can login just fine. I used to like the app. Not sure what happened
