I tried for 30 min to create an acct and kept getting error messages. Uninstaller. Don't waste your time
products are too expensive and there's no way to get help once an order is placed. They have an email form but they send a form letter telling you how busy they are. There's zero customer service help. With the exorbitant prices you know they can afford to hire customer service help. Typical business that wants your money but couldn't care less about you once they get your money. Horrible way to run a business.
Requires you to select low carb or keto to sign up. I'm looking for an app to track my macros and micros to make sure I'm getting enough. I have no interested in lowering or eliminating anything other than animal products from my diet (since I'm vegan). I didn't get past 3/4 of the sign up because you're required to select either low carb or keto to create an account. I have no interest in either, and I specifically wanted something that was nutrition focused *not* diet focused.
Not user friendly
I downloaded this app because I like the recipes on the website. Once you have an account and use the app, recipes that are free on the website are suddenly locked behind a paywall. Don't waste your time! Just use the website!
too difficult to get signed in with my own password
Crashes every single time as soon as it's opened. Reinstalled several times with no luck.
