Don't work got 4 cameras and not one works. Junk
Since 12.07 . the camera does not record any event and only shows the live event. Also , This never ring on my phone I have uninstall and reinstall again but no changes
The WORST camera in the history of cameras. Literally nothing works. Even watching it live doesn't function properly. I got it for free and its STILL not worth it. I've had people get into my backyard do drugs in the early AMs with no notifications but the camera notifies me when there's wind or a leaf falling. My dogs caught them, that's how I know how useless this product is. Unbelievably frustrating. To add to that, the new update keep the logos on when you zoom in, so you cant see anything
my cameras worked for a couple of months . then all of a sudden they stopped working and they won't pair🤷 back up.
5mths in & we are DONE!! Using "PLEASE KNOCK" post-it on door now!! Constantly goes OFFLINE & have to keep REBOOTING! All other WiFi equipment in hsehld work w/o issue except WUUK. At a total loss!! The 'idea' of this bell is just what we wanted; if only it would WORK!!! To spend over an hr repeatedly resetting, pairing etc., is ridiculous! It has tested our patience to the max! Customer svcs could only help so far. May we just got a dud! Packing up for refund!!!
looks like wuuk doesn't care or read my reviews. First my app fails to load my camera and I have 3 camera. I can't see any of them even though the base and cameras are all online and working. It just started happening today in the morning it does not load any of the cameras in the app. Next there is no option to increase the volume on doorbell or the cam pros. It has speakers I don't know why they don't have the volume option. Please acknowledge and fix these issues as soon as possible.
Wuuk purchased pro kit from Amazon. Connectivity is a BIG issue No live support or help. Chat, dropped email left voice mail no reply. ONLY email acknowledgement but no solution. Planning to return it.
As soon as the running in the background message gets dismissed from the notification area the calls stop when someone rings the bell. This means you cannot use the clear all notifications button in Android if you do you have to clear the data in this app and then re-login for the calls to work again It's a joke At least pin the notification so it's there all the time because I don't like dismissing 50 notifications every 2 hours one by one just to keep my doorbell calls coming in
Very bad doorbell I have this first doorbell for a few years now and every time I go and test it, it is always the same disconnection problem between the doorbell and the chime even with a strong signal between the 2 of them. Good thing I have a nest doorbell wich is just so great. We would think that wuuk will correct the problem after all these years. Even the doorbell pro have the same disconnection problem acording to all the reviews online
Wont connect most of the time. Says there are events, but can never find the video. Batteries dont last. Wired with charger cables. Randomly logs off. Overall useless for any purpose and complete waste of money and time. Would never recommend
