Reset password 4 times and the app would not accept the change.
The site is okay. They don't really give you a way to keep track of anything you order on this app. I have waited three months for save the dates and I keep telling them I don't want my guests addresses on the envelopes but support isn't listening via email and I put it in the request when I ordered it...... There is no other way to contact customer support. I don't really think this is helping me 'keep the wedding planning easy'. I've been a nervous wreck for about a month now. Thanks!
This app sucks on android because they don't give you prices. On I phone version prices for venues are on the app
They have some vendors that are really but have been hacked and constantly spam messages, for example, Landolls Mohician Castle keeps spamming me about them being a private bank owner. There's no way to report the messages so unfortunately I had to delete the app and block further emails from the knot as they spam upwards of 3x a day.
just realized that someone hacked into my email account an couldn't, use you guys for a whole yr, no I am back on here but refused to post any pics of me & the person I am going to marry. But anyways I will just post pictures of myself only . If u don't mind need to contact the knot...cause I did 2 website with pictures an can't receive nothing that I post was blocked off both help ASAP. Thanks Tichyna
After the update, the app won't load properly. Can you please fix this issue.
So far I am very unimpressed. No venues will respond to me on here, so I might as well not have wasted the energy. It keeps trying to give me results for venues in the wrong state despite my location being set to a specific city. And they spammed my email like crazy before I unsubscribed.
Filters on search don't work. The AI bot automatically messages venues when you don't want it to. Doesn't search for the right venues.
The venue search literally does not work. It's only showing me places that are over an hour away and the filters do not work.
When I try to filter by price it will not work
