Set up the app, linked my bank accounts, and was immediately inundated with a flood of payments to categorize. I was under the impression that it is 2024, I should be adjusting the categories that you already auto-assigned, is this a joke? Put it down for a while, came back and tried harder. This time the UI/UX was my enemy. Nothing is explained, labels are ambiguous. Do you have a credit card? Lmao no you don't, you will be so frustrated that you will delete the account and enter those manually
Import from my bank asks to reconnect every time I open YNAB. Get a better connector (or APIs) with the money we spend on this app. The imports go to the wrong accounts. It may be a bank issue, but I am paying your company each year, and you have done nothing to fix it. Just point at the bank being the issue. The larger free sites have no issue bringing in my transactions, just you. There are no automagically imports for me unless I spend 5 minutes each time I open YNAB to reconnect.
Paying hefty amount for budgeting? Did you hear that right? On one hand you do budget and on the other hand you pay hefty amount then what's the purpose of budget given that you can't attach receipts, the app is super complicated to use once you make a mistake you work around. For all these i pay this amount. Never.
Difficult to navigate. Would be nice if the help articles would explain some of the jargon that comes up so this app can be useable for those who just want to keep track of expenses
Jesus, uninstalled immediately when the sign up came up. What a price for something to save money. I'd consider this expensive at half the prices, currently it's robbery.
After canceling within 7 days. I was told I would receive a refund. Never received it. Thru emails I was told I had to log on to cancel, on there site Problem was I already canceled and couldn't log on. After that they quit responding to my emails Don't waste your money

Continues to bug out for updates and connection to bank accounts. Located in canada. Really expensive app absolutely not worth the money....support was poor.
Waaaay too complex. The automated systems keep losing money and depicting account balances either thousands too high or thousands too low. I want to like this program, but so far I've run into more problems tracking my money than I have in three decades. Seriously, I did better using yellow legal pads as ledgers.
Everytime I click the Add Balance, my screen turns dark. Please fix the bug!
