If you are planning to take this service you will be trapped. We had horrible leaving property experiences. Me and my partner chekced in Zolo Highstreet L in Electronic City Bangalore and we deposit 8600/- each that is 17200/- in total. We begged our own money for more than a month like a beggers. We tried every means to contact them: zolocare, customer care and even the ladies working down the reception. But all failed to deliver it on time. We are told we will get full refund at the time of
Worst service ever. They have lot of hidden charges also they don't give deposit amount back. Please don't opt their services.
Never choose zolo for stay....They charge a lot of money and you will be charges GST separately on both rent and electricity bills which is 12% & 18% respectively. They always have housekeeping problem. They will also charge you 2310/- including GST if you leave the property before completing 1 year in Zolo. I am full disappointed and disheartened to stay in your accommodation and can say it that the company charges unnecessarily a lot of money with without any facility. I will rate 1 out of 10.
Facility provided in comparison to money charged is inversely propertional. They don't even provide security, leading to robbery in property. Recently company laptops were stolen from Laurel Pg of zolo. Weird thing is 1 month back same incident happened and no action was taken. However cleaning services and caretaker are good
Zolo is a scam there's no way you can escalate your problems to higher authorities. This App is even more worst. The property manager won't receive your call. The customer care number is waste they never pickup any call once you join the property. Never go for zolo
This is a scam PG....They cheat customers by overstating the electricity units consumed by the customers. Even if the customer shows the pictures of meter reading of beginning & end of month, yet they make us pay thrice more electricity charge. Even they charge GST on everything, be it electricity, water, rent agreement, etc. Look for some other PGs. Zolo is pathetic!

Just scam don't join this pg if you are not staying for a long period. Don't join this pg just by looking at the rent, they have lot of additional changes, which is not explicitly mentioned.Here is the entire break down apart from rent,First room pre book 708₹Leave and license agreement 804₹Notice period invoice charges ₹852,₹1900 will be charged from advance if you leave the pg before 360 days(which they don't mention when you join)The list goes on So a total of 4264₹ you'll be paying over rent

Management and service experience is not good we are paying high rents and their is no proper response we are facing AC, washing machine, drinking water from 2 days and we raised complaint no one is Responding if we are not paying the rent on time they are charging 500 extra but for maintenance they not even responding
