Awful it won't connect to my Amazfit watch! I've uninstalled and tried to get a refund, but it won't let me. Useless. Really disappointed.
Do NOT absolutely purchase this. It does not work for language translation which is the reason I purchased it. Refund rejected on a product that doesn't work. This is ridiculous.
Bad update 7.9, lost heart rate option in menu and missing authentication key setting in settings. Using Amazfit band 7
Very Very Very Poor App, doesn't deliver what I was expecting or promised
Loved mitools hoped this would be just as good, unfortunately I cannot run it congruently with the zepp app, it's one or the other. No watch faces very hit or miss if it notifies me of sms or calls, and blocks workouts / heart rate / steps from syncing with apps. Tools turns itself on at whim causing multiple issues. I set this up exactly how I had mitools set up because I wanted only to give my sleep data to sleep as Droid app, As I had with my previous band. Extremely disappointed.
It worked great with the amazfit bip, now unfortunately does not work as intended with the gts4. On the latest version of the app, i.e. the one with official support for the gts/gtr4, I am facing the same issues all the other users are facing in the comments. Namely, when connected to the app, the gts4 disconnects from the zepp app (and from alexa and other services). I would be happy to update my review once this main issue gets fixed, hopefully in the next update of the app.
I bought this app only because I had a Chinese version GTR 4 and I wanted it in English as described in its features. Moreover, the watch faces, when downloaded, says "corrupted". All Hectic!!! Proceeding for a refund!
Edit: No support. That what is written under the FAQ (It's a quote): Amazfit Automatic Language (even if you are using Chinese version of the bracelet, Amazfit Tools will take care of everything to provide you watch interface in English language). Well, it won't. No matter what I tried (asked for support as well with no reply), it simply won't switch from Chinese to English. Very disappointed. All the rest are useless without that. I would have rated it 5 stars if it does what it should be.
Forever stuck in Xiaomi login loop. Tried all troubleshooting and creating new account, reinstall etc too. Hours past refund window but developer doesn't refund. Only an email pointing me to help files which I've gone through.
I bought this app due to its claim that it can convert chinese to english even for a chinese version watch. Well, it can't.
