This app just got worse after the recent update. It's harder to find the content you wanted to watch, browsing is more difficult with what they've done to playlists. Favorites and personalisation were also removed so that sucks a lot, I want my on demand videos to be 1080p always so removing that option was just so irritating. What a bunch of downgrade in user experience with the latest update. Will never renew my subscription until this somewhat changes.
The app just got WORSE with the new update. I still keep getting signed off and I lost the personalization of my account. Why remove the history and favorites? The navigation was much harder because not all are available on the playlist, you have to search for it. 👎
Had a much higher rating for this app until the free trial(?) suddenly ended after a week. I could not for the life of me figure out how to pay for a package. Nothing on the app or the website lets you select a package and help articles with links saying "pay here" just take you to their homepage. Customer support is atrocious and will not let you talk to a person. Watch on their YouTube channel instead, this company is allergic to money.

What a joke. Pretty sure a 12 year old made the app. Some of us have to work for a living and can't watch everything live, and this must be surprising to you, but we don't want to know who won the match when we go to watch recorded videos. Showing the last game on the recorded videos is so incredibly dumb. Literally the worst attempt at a website. Is it 1997? No wonder the sport can't grow. You're an absolute joke.
I am a very big fan of Volleyball and I like watching volleyball match but today is the match between Japan and france and I am not able to watch because it is to expensive to buy a pack and I am only 14 years old and I am also a volleyball player and I always wanted to see a volleyball match live specially of my favourite team Japan I will like to say that please lower the prices if you can't lower the prices at least take out a scheme that helps us watch one match at a time
Good casters an content but random audio problems from time to time. Also if you log in to the wrong account you cant log into the right one anymore. Uninstalling and removing all data doesn't matter. Logout - login auto puts you into your old account. Meaning i cant watch on my phone anymore. I requested to have my acount deleted but even that did not work. If anyone else has this issue but still need to watch a match on your phone, log into vbtv on incognito in your browser.
Why is it the subscription in the app is too high? The price in the web is $19.9 for a year while in the app is ₱5,000. The regional pricing here in the Philippines is too expensive! Also, please add view offline so that we can watch during our travels when internet is not available.
