Very disappointed to see a $10 increase per month I have been using this app for my business for 4 years now I find it to be good but does have glitches at times I think $10 increase is ridiculous especially when other accounting software have better deals and cheaper monthly prices unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere as this is a huge increase. Sad I don't know what happened but Billdu is a subscription only app now all of a sudden it's saying sorry your subscription has expired 😔 so I'm looking elsewhere for my invoice maker. I thought this would be great, but I was wrong. Every button causes a pop up choose a plan. So aggravating!!
Unfortunately I have invested to many clients into this app and feel stuck! It consistently has bugs and never works correctly. What make this even worse is that there's no contact number and horrible customer service for the constant issues that I'm dealing with. I would recommend choosing a different billing service.
The app will not open for me right now and my customer isn't paying me until I send them the invoice and my job is done and bills are due
After a recent update I can't open the application due to a "bug" in the app. That's day before my yearly subscription expires. How convenient....
