It socks, I'd rather have the old way back!!
STARTED OUT 5 STAR but I had to REMOVE a couple stars since they REMOVED my ability to view all of my 2024 visit summaries. When you put that feature BACK, I'll come BACK and give you a REAL REVIEW.
Very poor ingo
My experience was Awful. This app use to let me gain access to my medical account. Now it will not even let me gain access this is just a terrible terrible app.
Will often cancel my appointments just as I show up
Not sure which update made the app unusable but it has become a nuisance trying to navigate ANYTHING on this app. I'm trying to find notes on previous appointments and it's impossible. Trying to find anything is beyond useless. If I could give this app no stars, I would.
Liked better before new edition was forced on us...
This is frustrating and chaotic.
Too many reminders, even for appointments I've already attended. Both emails and texts to ask me to sign in for something I've already done, seen, or attended. The idea is great but in practice it's a pain in the a... (neck).
