App refuses to detect my network, or any networks around me, so I can't get my ceiling fan set up for Google home. Good thing the remote works at least. I read online that it's an issue with Android, and that you have to use an iPhone for initial setup.
The setup is fine, but every time I try to use the light, the app says the product is offline AND THERE IS NO OPTION TO BRING IT ONLINE. Short of deleting the product ana re-registering it, every time I want to change the light setting. Garbage product.
I have a string of light I purchased that took forever to connect. Now the app won't change the colors. tech support is reading from prompts and clueless. Ticket Submitted but level 2 tech support never called back. App is worthless.

The app won't launch. Stuck on the 'smarter home in seconds' splash screen which feels really ironic when it stays on that screen forever. Samsung with the latest android, so it should be supported. Really frustrating. Tried reinstalling, tried clearing cache, checking the permissions, restarting phone. Going to have to return the plug instead.
I bought the track light almost a year ago. Initial setup with this app was very easy and worked well for the most part, but would occasionally lose WiFi connection. I have the latest July 11, 2024 update. It was necessary for me to move the light to a different WiFi. This latest version of the app on my Google Pixel phones (6a and 3) absolutely REFUSES to reconfigure the light's WiFi! Also failed on my wife's iPhone! I'll rate this app higher when you fix this problem with it!
Press the get started button and get met with an error saying "sorry, that didn't work quite right. Try signing in again". I'm not even able to get to the login screen very frustrating.
