It become a nightmare. I used to love this app for planning a route, but not having used it for a while I now find it is awful. It is very very slow, eats battery power like there is no tomorrow, crashes while calculating a route. In fact there is nothing to recommend it. It's user interface is missing basic functions like deleting a saved route. I'm afraid I am going to cancel my subscription and go to a more reliable app even if I have to pay more.
I was willing to overlook the bloated interface with endless settings within settings, the fact that address lookup has literally never worked, the busy display, the clunky controls, and the insane amount of fiddling needed to do some of the most basic things, but recently it completely stopped being able to work offline, even to the end of my street! Settings didn't fix it, deleting and reinstalling didn't, now I'm stuck using the free version so I can route offline. Wish I could just fire them

Started crashing on my tablet literally as I was leaving for a trip this morning. Going to make navigation an absolute nightmare.

Crimea is Ukrainian! Extremely confusing UI. Broken navigation. Presenting maps is terrible, not for big city or complicated cross roads. Gets gps fix 10 times slower than google maps. Unlike google, loses it every few minutes. For a few minutes. Unusable.
Doesn't load offline map or a map when online. Only shows GPS location. Waste of money. I did download the offline map for the region, and it doesn't load the map. Completely useless app since it won't load the downloaded map.

Can't run the app for more than a few seconds without it crashing. It may be a hardware issue on my end, though the app claimed to be compatible with my phone. After paying full price id like to find a solution to the problem.
