Doesn't really work in Canada. Can't give a postal code for my credit card and it refuses PayPal in Canada
I tried to enter the zone number of the parking space that I found which told me to download this app, and there was nowhere to enter it. And when I searched for the town that I'm parking in and didn't find any parking zones there.
Can't turn off marketing notifications? Seriously?
Well off to bat after 30 secs couldn't find my zip code in PA gave me CA?
Barely functional. 1. Payments for parking are giving errors 2. If you have a pro membership canceling is impossible. You can get past the login because you constantly fail a Captcha that doesn't exist. 3. When you tap on "delete account" it redirects you to a privacy request form.
Spams you constantly with ads. And fails to register your space appropriately so you wind up getting parking tickets.
Don't send me ads or "offers" when I'm not even parking. I pay for parking, I shouldn't also have to pay with attention. Greedy.
On July 4th, 2024, I used the ParkMobile app to reserve parking downtown Nashville. I then selected the directions link and used it to be directed to the parking garage. We booked it for 1 hour, 9:25-10:25pm. We arrived at 9:42 and exited at 10:17pm, A few weeks later we received a letter and accompanying ticket for $95.25 from a parking management company. We contacted both companies. Metropolis said they had no affiliation with ParkMobile. ParkMobile won't respond, THEY ARE A SCAM! BEWARE!!!
App works well. Gets one star because of sending me advertising texts to use the app in other ways. I don't want text commercials coming to my phone from this company.
Warning, this company has decided it is OK to spam people now. This company has decided to betray my trust allowing notifications for parking alerts by trying to advertise itself in the notification area. This is even worse considering you likely have no choice but to use this app. I will be contacting my city reps over this. Edit: This wasn't a marketing email. It was a phone notification advertising the reservation feature. There is no option to opt out of marketing notifications.
