I tried canceling the subscription before the 7 day trial is up and when I went into my app then subscription, nothing was there. I even logged in via website and there was no option to cancel subscription. I emailed them and they said due to high volume they may take up to a week to respond. I paid for the promo of a year subscription but for some reason I am being billed monthly.
$14 per month is steep, I took a speech quiz regardingy child and I had my hopes up for broadening her vocabulary and then it springs a monthly payment plan on me... Disappointed to say the least.
Don't pay for the yearly. I did and it is still charging me the 16 dollars a month and no way to get in touch with customer service. I have tried emailing and no response. my 2 year old loves to play the app but it hasn't helped much
