I had this app years ago and really liked it, but now it is so bloated with functions I do not want it's basically unusable. It's impossible to navigate the app without some kind of pop up.
I've had this app for years and I payed for the premium since I basically downloaded years ago. My phone recently broke and I had to get a new one and I cannot sign in to my app anymore. When I choose to sign in with Google it keeps bringing me to a white page that says "not found" when I use the contact format I get one email back that says if your issue isn't fixed reply to this email and when I do reply (I've done this several times" I never her a response. Will be cancel my subscription.
Filled with pay walls now. I was using this since I was 14.. I'm 21 now. This app is ruined. All the articles are premium only now. Partner quizzes are too, every single thing other than the bare bones basic cycle tracking is premium only now. I hate it. I never interact with this app anymore other than just to see when my next periods due. I hate it now and will be looking for something better. You guys ruined this app and it's a shame.
Too many ads to upgrade. I just want to track my period but am constantly spammed with ads to upgrade and it's got too much now. Uninstalling

I had this app for years never once use the subscription till it randomly loaded a free subscription onto the account I was sent money onto my card for other things I needed to buy only 80 dollars and I had over 40 dollars taken out my account as my card was locked I tried to issue a refund and wasn't allowed one by Google and was just told to change my password I would at least like my money back for a subscription I can't even use
I filled in all my information to get to a screen that says choose your plan... with no plans to choose and when you close the app you have to start over and fill all your info in again it won't go past that page.
When I chose the option for a free trial they immediately took the payment from my card, which I didn't want. I first wanted to see how the app is with the free trial. Now my money is wasted as I am not enjoying the experience.
One of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. Dark mode for the app should be an accessibility feature, not stuck behind a paywall. The option for "personalized advice" to be turned off is a lie, as every single day the app will STILL notify you about something asinine. I genuinely forget to log my period at times but I'd rather the app not notify me to log it than see the endless "advice". Reviews are feedback, if you can respond to reviews; you can compile them, don't send us to an email.
