My sister uses this app for photos of her daughters, I have kids myself and would not consider creating and account. The app works but it's annoying and frustrating. I get notifications showing a new photo has been added - which I like. As a user I want to look at these photos. When I click on a photo or open the app. I expect to see the photo. Instead the app shows some pop up, which I have to frustratingly dismiss (without reading) One year later same issues, bombarded with ads
Absolutely annoying spam in notifications. In only want to be notified for new images. Not for some "last chance" for some sale, while every other week it is the last chance ...
Not easy to use or share. So disappointing

Putting ads after watching videos is scandalous. most of our media is videos and having to be forced to watched an ad after each video is mental.
Developers started getting greedy. Was only a matter of time. Now the quality of everything took a dive! So much for "free". Just when I thought --when are they going to take a turn like everyone else eventually does? Here it is. Quality is so bad that we don't want to use the app anymore. And here's a notice in July 2024 about video length reductions and ads. Not surprised. Time to look elsewhere!
Went to install an app and this thing installed instead. Had a look and it popped up as a sponsored ad in place of the other app I wanted to install. Pay Google enough money and they put your install app button in place of where the legit app button was. Didn't use this app nor would I ever now. Down with marketing, commercialism, capitalism and the money laundering selfish pigs of this world! Controlling your actions for their own personal agendas,
Price gouging and limiting MAIN features, forcing customers to pay ridiculous prices if they want to use the app as free features are pathetic. I've been using the app for nearly 18 months, I'll be deleting and moving to another app who doesn't charge for the same features. Inconvenient, but necessary. They'll tell you they "need" to increase prices but another app gives you 45 FREE photos a month so family album are just using users for their own gain during a cost of living crisis. Sad really
