Terrible, there is no way to get a proper resolution if you have an issue with your order. Absolutely disappointing.
Placed delivery order through app. Nobody delivered order and was told to contact door dash. And can't get refund in timely manner
I'll never understand the management/crew fail to pay attention accordingly! Then have the audacity to be RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the customers because they messed up! Manager Steven Nicholson hung up in my face because My $40 delivery order was some SLOP made totally wrong that he repeatedly keeps telling me to bring back tomorrow! No way I would tolerate anyone representing my establishment in that manner! Most definitely don't have to worry about myself,family or friends help his paycheck!
If you order through the app you HAVE to go in the store to pick up your food.
Terrible, the app has never worked, I've call the IT department 4 times ,it has never been resolved..
Do not work at all
Don't use this app, as quest if your favor driver fails to deliver and doesn't contact Whataburger properly for whatever reason Whataburger will not give you a refund on your order. My order was never delivered due to the driver having car issues, and after getting a text from the driver to cancel Whataburger said oh well not our problem.
You all messed up tonight n around the corner to me right for the last 2 years but now I have to say differently tonight y'all messed up trying to. Over charge me $15 for my normal order I cannot believe you you are insane get your life together just because people are in the line drunk doesn't mean you can just charge people whatever the hell you want you are insane
