OTPs don't come through. Cannot register and cannot do anything about that. Unable to access any functions like preadmission The app is even worse after the update. The log in system will be problematic if you have an emergency or you're bleeding. In the old version you could browse the map for netcare approved drs, no map now. Now you get a call back but must still phone the rooms yourself for any consultation, which totally defeats the purpose. Very inaccessible to the elder people
