Referred by a friend who is using the Original Roberts Bird App. The latest version has less features. Identification Search features and Comparison features have less options. When adding a sighting, date added defaults to 2023. App also lacks the flight/wing pattern comparison for birds like all eagles on one page like the earlier version

I am so sorry that I ever bought this app. 99% of the time, it does not work. It keeps on saying that the data license for this device has been superseded. If i am lucky after hours of battling, i get it going is works one time and then its off again. Paying so much money one would think it would work. Super annoying.
Really disappointed. Had Robert's first app which was great. Even purchased it a second time after phone change. Purchased new Robert's 2 over a year ago and it has been non stop glitches, unable to load and exits inexpectantly. When out of signal there are issues with loading app, I sometimes even revert to roberts 1. This frustrates me more as have paid for the same app 3 times now. I've decided it's time to move to a new app such as firefinch.
I have downloaded Robert bird guide 2 app as well as 32 zip files. When finished downloaded the app I get a message that says there is no internet connection. I checked my wifi and mobile data connection but doesn't open.
I had Roberts bird guide on my previous phone, and I absolutely loved it. IM VERY DISSAPPOINTED. I needed to put the app on my new phone, from playstore. 1. BUT I was charged again for the app. 2. The new app does not have all the birds and does not store my new bird listings or any history, its a total waste of time!! 3. And I also now have lost my lists on my old phone. 4. I need my old book back it at least worked well.Need my money back for this as it does not work.
