This app is horror nightmare l already have an account so I had to log in l entered my phone numbers and the secret which I tried my Google pin and other pins which I know if only l give it 0 stars but unless it only ends to one star and l go to my Google email and check if they gave me a pin to enter BUT NOTHING and I downloaded it at 07 Dec 2023 as if this is a game when I really need money to help my family as l didn't have education until now 16 years old my career l needed to be is now OVER

I trusted this bank until I was forsaken for my refund. The worst part my merchant confirmed that they sent it back to the bank the only thing to check is what made the money delay. The staff of this bank said they can't help me whereas my money is with them because I saw the refund document that it was really processed and credited back but spot money never wanted to assist me. Useless bank I'm starting to lose interest 😡😡😡😡💔

Fake & Scam
Slow responses from assistants. I've been trying to open an account and I sent documents through, but it's been weeks and all I've been told is that my documents are in review. If the service is already this bad, I can't imagine what'll it be like when/if I eventually start using it fully. This is so frustrating and it defeats the entire purpose for the app. I would rate it 5 stars but it's so so so frustrating. I mean at this moment when I try to log in,i get a login error message. This sucks!!

What is a soft lock? By the 27th of May 2024 I uploaded my voucher worth R1000 the time I tried to transferred it into my Absa Visa account, it said its pending, after 24 hours it said its successful but not yet reflecting to my bank account, later it says soft lock, I cant accept it anymore and I haven't received my money. Please bring back my account
