@British_Airways delayed for four hours due to a technical issue. It happens - I get it but why fly a service with no food on board? A four hour delay followed by a two hour flight now landing after midnight. Zero customer service for. £600 ticket

@AkampaRugaba @British_Airways @Parliament_Ug @AnitahAmong Even if they we shun their products and boycott their airline which I even doubt whether it operates here is a mere waste of time . We have no impact on their economy ssebo.. Best is to find a better way to resolve the matter rather than thinking that u can as well issue threats

@British_Airways Yeah, I know that….but you downgraded me. Surely the system should have a contingency for this built in. Apparently not, BA would prefer to provide awful customer service. So it’s ok to lose ALL of the benefits I paid for??

@Mike_Fabricant @British_Airways Why are you even commenting on this? Will lives in London and your constituency is in Staffordshire? There are dozens of things you could be promoting for your constituents' benefit. If you can't do the work of an MP any more the simply stand down.
