Hi, we're @British_Airways and we're gonna assign you the worst seat available when you check in. Don't like it, you can move 1 row forward or back to a better seat but you *will* have to pay 40 quid for the privilege. Honestly, it's a racket. Legalised extortion

@British_Airways I have been trying to get an issue resolved with you now for several months. I have emailed and spoken with your live chat bot. They provided an email address to send my details to. Still no response even after chasing. Allegedly case being handled. Tad unfair

@British_Airways Thanks for coming back to me however it’s very annoying when there are others at the gate being allowed to board with 2 + bags. Applying the rules fairly would be much better. Let’s hope we don’t have to wait 2+ hours at @EDI_Airport tonight to retrieve my bag.
