@RichPreston @British_Airways I’ve had this. BA cancelled return flight with <24 hours notice but move me to @AerLingus. I had paid for club class which Aer Lingus doesn’t have. Getting home minus perks such as lounge access, food / drink onboard etc isn’t end of the world but no comp given?

@British_Airways Hey Beth, thanks for reaching out. I hope customer relations does get in touch soon as when someone raises a complaint, it really means something is actually wrong & needs repairing. Been flying with you for years & post-Covid, BA has really dropped the ball. Please do better.

Hey @Qantas how long should your first class passengers wait for points to be credited to their account? Because despite many emails and calls I’ve been waiting 3 months for you to credit my @British_Airways executive club account. BA also very unhelpful. Please fix.

@British_Airways Some of the replies to my original post were scam accounts, including one which looked official from BA. Be careful responding to DM message requests that look like it's from BA. I've resorted to getting a cashback from my CC. So much easier than the terrible BA customer service.

@British_Airways Just trying to understand why clear weather is forecast on three weather apps and you cancel our flight due to adverse weather. The “earliest” rebooking offered for our morning flight gets us to our hotel at midnight. We’re flying to a major city.
