@British_Airways is your website down? Tried to book flights 4x. When I select seats, I get error message "we're sorry, something went wrong. Please go back & start yr booking journey again" forcing me to input details multiple times. Also failed when I chose select seats later

@tgmspence @British_Airways If you complain or make a complaint be prepared to wait…still waiting on my claim that was put in on 9th Feb! I flew to the US 10 x last year…looks like I’ll be flying United or Virgin moving forward. Shame on BA

@British_Airways exactly how long does it take you to respond to a complaint?? Case submitted in September and apparently you are still “working on it” It’s really not that difficult… Would be nice if they just called me to talk it through! #badcustomerservice #help
