@British_Airways I don't think it was clear the difference between the fee and the charge, in the scheme of things it doesn't matter given what my family is going through. However it's difficult to find the cancellation conditions after you have booked the fare. Unimpressed

Shame on you @British_Airways I am flying to Las Vegas in 2 days time. Get an email this morning saying fancy an upgrade. Call them… “All the offer seats have no gone but we still have space. You can pay full price as we still have seats” Incredible…

@British_Airways This is to let the public know I messaged back to BA and they are refusing to give me the CEO email address or even ask the ceo office to contact me. I am getting more response from Qatar who I don't even have an account with who the thief transferred my points to than BA

@British_Airways @helverjam I want to know the outcome. My 118,000 points saved in my lifetime have been STOLEN by hacker who EASILY accessed my account due to scandalous insecurity by BA and posed as me with a different email address and put MY points into their qatar account. BA is responsible for this.
