@British_Airways Have a business ticket from VCE to LHR today. Have been unable to check in online or get a seat. When I called was told to get to the airport 3 hrs before my flight. When I asked for the check in deadline she said she didn’t have that info. You are the worst.

@SimplyAJ10 @British_Airways And you miss your connection and they give a coupon for 25% off walk-up rate at the Bates Motel. It’s such a customer-unfriendly industry. At least you can claim EU261 compensation (you probably don’t need the £££ as much as my college-student niece did but it’s the principle)
