@British_Airways due to a mistake in the booking of a flight and no reminders to check in etc I missed my flight and the reasonably time return flight from lhr to abz. The $500 difference for the rebook means @easyJet gets my money but I have to wake up at 4am. So shit

@Ringerz @British_Airways Std behaviour for BA, they outsourced almost all downroute staff to the lowest bidders and once they have your fare simply don't care. Phones unanswered, online AI chat dysfunctional BUT they've made record profits again! At least you got a reply here, not all do

@mrsjennifield @British_Airways Yes I get the same but I find force quitting and reloading the app works as it forces the bookings to download again. It’s always a bit touch and go whether the website is going to work, I find.
