@A1an_M @Diana_Kempster Iām still waiting for British Gas to connect the in-home display monitor so that I can see my gas usage and have been waiting for over a month now since they installed the smart meter.
@BritishGasHelp @BritishGas Another engineer sent out that did not have any meters which are not smart meters. I requested a meter that is not a smart meter. How many times can British Gas get it wrong? I was promised numerous times!!
@mickmar29 Ofgem say they are working for the people, they are working against the people, it's down right criminal to raise the cap in winter for gas and electricity companies British gas made in profit in 2023 Ā£751 million 10 fold increase when in 2022 Ā£72 million ofgem raising the cap??
