If you have a @CapitalOne savings account, make sure you go to the account info and if it doesn't show at 4.25% call them and ask why, since that is what their home page shows for savings accounts.

Not adding to the fun of my life right now, learning that @CapitalOne is giving 4.25% on savings account, but fun one my account wasn't setup for it for some reason and I was only earning .30%. The only way I knew of this is calling them. Ridiculous.

You eliminate the most convenient form of customer service (chat), forcing people to call in. Because interest is charged over two cycles, it's reasonable most people would wait. Then, you create a too short a window & reject requests for waivers. It's not right. @CapitalOne

Hey @CapitalOne if you place a SEVEN DAY HOLD on a payment into the account because it's a "new payment method" MAYBE COMMUNICATE THAT WITH THE CUSTOMER instead of just sending out an email that the payment had """CLEARED"""". Idiots.

@CapitalOne the worst credit card company I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is terrible, your “system” is terrible and nobody can do I thing but say “sorry” or read a script. Your customer service is the greatest ad for Amex and other credit card companies. Joke.
