@CoxNatsu42 @PirateSoftware @comcast I'm no cable tech, but i believed the outage I was having was sporadic, and by random chance it was working when ever he tested it in the living room, and failing in the office. Future techs did verify the buried cable outside was problematic, it just took them 4 or 5 visits.

@CoxNatsu42 @PirateSoftware @comcast This house had the origin of the line in the living room routed through the wall into the office. The tech guy replaced that segment of line that went through the wall twice, but each time he read a strong signal on the living room side and no signal in the office.
If @Xfinity wants people to pay their bills, maybe they should consider making their website suck less so you can actually get to the payment page without having it time out. Every month it's a fucking ordeal. If you weren't the only game in town...

Hey @Xfinity and @XfinitySupport , your WiFi service goes out EVERY WEEK and we are really sick and tired of paying outlandish prices for your terrible services… Four times this week (2 today) and two last week is enough… How about a FREE MONTH FOR ALL THE BS????? $220 a month?
