@flairairlines I have been waiting for an approved compensation. It’s already being 2 months. I was promised that I will get an email from hyperwallet within 30 days and it’s already been 60 days. Your agents do not reply to email after multiple follow ups being sent. Please help

Dealing with @flairairlines is aging me by the day. Won’t give me a refund. My poor grandma is charged $80 more on a flight she didn’t even get on because she had bed bugs and didn’t want to share it with everyone (but the flight was also cancelled?)
