@FrontierCorp Frontier like most companies have some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Unless you like sitting on the phone being transferred, to the wait portal, and having equipment left in your house that they sold you that is old. I threw them out!

So @FrontierCorp (Nasdaq: $FYBR) is going on a tear for fiber here in SoCal. Tried it for a month. They lying about their speeds. Their app was telling me I was getting the 1Gig up/down that I was paying for Ookla, Chrome, and Spectrum we're all saying less than 100Mbps.

@FrontierCorp My Internet and phone service have been out for days. I set up a service appointment for Wednesday, but you cancelled it, saying the problem was a regional outage. Your own site shows there is no regional outage. When I call you, your reps assure me there is. Help!
