@giffgaff I have contacted an agent, but wait time for response is 24 hours,which given the delays already experienced & lack of clarity so far doesn't feel acceptable as a wait time. I appreciate that you personally are doing your best and this is a tricky time to be manning the x account

@PennyBlogs @giffgaff Nothing at all. Fobbed off with generic copy and paste responses. Chased up this morning and been told it can take upto 24 hours for an agent to get in touch. Ordered phone on 3rd December, still just showing processing.
@giffgaff DM Sent with order number and case reference number. The fact that no one from giffgaff will respond to any general questions about delivery of these phones publicly is very very poor customer service
@giffgaff … would be dispatched yesterday. Told we would have an email or text by midnight. Nothing. I (like many others) travel next week. I need that phone. I ordered in plenty of time. You have my money. I have no information from you at all.
