@gigaclear Any chance you can ask your contractor's in Bramley, Hampshire to stop damaging other service providers cables on purpose - every Friday without fail the cables get damaged to cause maximum disruption to residents.
Gigaclear, can you explain why, for the SECOND time, you sent engineers to my house to install broadband and take over from Sky, when I haven't ordered it?
@gigaclear Hope they can fix today and hoping can tell me @CorningOpComm if dow corning fiber optic cable smf bif is right to be used about 35m attached to pole in the air to my house and cable strains, looks not fit for purpose. This is what @gigaclear is using.
@gigaclear Already have complained many times, resolution is always pointless, as my internet service is still as bad as it was from day 1. You ‘aim’ to provide u with that yes, but have failed to do that consistently!
