@11nnovak @hootsuite While I can't speak for Hootsuite's turnaround times, I'm using @ContentStudioio, their customer support is excellent—very responsive via chat and email. Plus, their platform is super user-friendly for handling account updates and more. It might be worth checking out!

Hey @hootsuite - what's your customer service turnaround time? Is there any chat or phone option? I need to update my payment information to get my account suspension removed, and your website and email-based customer service isn't making it very simple at all

Apparently at some point @hootsuite killed off the free accounts and went to paid only. @Hootsuite_Help I'd like my account deleted but your system is terrible and won't allow it unless I upgrade to a paid account.
