@HSBC You have had the use of my 500 quid for 3 weeks, which you knew related to my credit card, but which you didnā€™t apply to my credit card balance. You donā€™t get to charge me interest as well! Donā€™t ask me to DM you, just escalate & resolve my complaint as requested earlier. Thanks!

@HSBC_IN You should have dedicated customer care personnel for premier customer attending one customer at a time. Also statement requests, other request should have faster TAT or self download options. Such pathetic service is not expected from @HSBC that too for premier segment.
