I have been using the @HSBC credit card for the last 5 years , now when I reached customer care services for an unsuccessful transaction enquiry , it is saying my credit card information is not recognised . Please help me with this

@HSBC You have had the use of my 500 quid for 3 weeks, which you knew related to my credit card, but which you didnāt apply to my credit card balance. You donāt get to charge me interest as well! Donāt ask me to DM you, just escalate & resolve my complaint as requested earlier. Thanks!
āRefunds from vendors are not considered as payment. Even though how many refunds you will receive from a vendor if you will not pay off the balance in your credit card statement you will really going to be charged by interest.ā

@HSBC_IN You should have dedicated customer care personnel for premier customer attending one customer at a time. Also statement requests, other request should have faster TAT or self download options. Such pathetic service is not expected from @HSBC that too for premier segment.
