@FCC It's not just an issue of data capping, should include data throttling. All providers say you have unlimited down and upload data capability however, they throttle back the speed after a set # of gigabytes. Perfect example of this is HughesNet and almost all phone companies!

@JDVance Rural Internet? Cable is too expensive! Best rural internet providers: Hughesnet: Best cheap satellite. Starlink: Fastest satellite speeds. T-Mobile 5G: Most available no-contract plan. Verizon 5G: Fastest unlimited plan. Viasat: Cheapest equipment costs for satellite.

It is the provider with the lowest latency because it uses low Earth orbit satellites. The others like HughesNet have such high latency that they might not or should not be considered high speed internet.
