Hyperoptic Reports & Customer Service

@Hyperoptic Not sure I believe this. Haven’t had any service for 3.5 hours now. That’s longer than any movie favourite, so quite a major hiccup actually.

If you work from home and need a reliable broadband service, definitely don’t join @Hyperoptic I’ve had no service since 2pm whilst mid-prepping my handover. Had 3 meetings this afternoon to attend and it’s meant to be my last working day before annual leave. Just fab!

Two weeks of having to deal with my parents’ WiFi is gonna seriously drag! I miss Hyperoptic already

Had days of downtime with @Hyperoptic yet when contacting them for any compensation am told that I have to notify them via certain ‘channels’ of said outtage and dms on X do not count. Despite them texting me of said outtages when they happen? I have to also email back? @Ofcom

@Brsk_uk ive signed my details mant times over months to move to you from hyperoptic. Been told someone be in touch. Any update when its coming to my building? Hyperoptic dont seem to want to keep me as a customer and im not paying £67 a month from 9th Jan so its getting urgent!
