@Hyperoptic I am in the middle of moving house, the CS switch off the wifi a day in advance. Such a pain. Do not even switch it back on even after finding it was their own fault. Worse service ever!
I love @Hyperoptic - came home to find my net was down and in one call to support (on a Sunday eve at 8:40 pm!!) they had me back up and running just in time to watch my shows. 💚
