I've cancelled this app so many times yet keep getting charged, even being charged twice a month a humber of times. Have spoken online and on the phone to "billing" yet they can't help and won't refund my money. Absolute joke of a service.
Have to put up with ads, even with a paid subscription. No post match interviews, just ads,ads and more ads. To then also have to put up with notifications about other Optus products...
Can't access the app and as I downloaded via app store I can't cancel the subscription. Absolute rort. Disgusted
It was easy to download and sign up. Now I want to cancel and it's virtually impossible. I sign into the app in order to cancel all good, then in order to cancel the subscription it asks me to sign in again and tells me the details are wrong, gives me a link to reset the password, accepts it and then asks me for the details again!!! I'm going around in circles and it's driving me nuts. I am calling my bank to block the payment to Optus. I think I will NEVER subscribe to Optus products again.
Worst streaming app I've used! Paid so I could watch the Euros and Copa America. The live streams are forever dropping into low quality, buffering , or disconnecting. Scammed

Ridiculous amount of ads, unreliable connection, trying to watch the Euros Final and there's a mismatch between sound and video of about 5 seconds. Disgraceful that it's now harder to watch a major tournament final in quality than it was 15 years ago. At least give free to air rights for the final when you can't do a decent job. To charge $25/ month for this quality is absolute garbage.
Theives. The button to cancel doesn't work. They charge you and refuse to refund. I've sent almost 20 emails they just close the request and don't help. Disgraceful!!!
