It initially connected with my google account, and would sync my steps, etc... but one day it just stopped syncing. It shows Google Fit is linked, but I am unable to unlink it and now Google says the Sydney app is blocked for trying to access sensitive information. what is the point of the app?

All I have been able to see for a few weeks is "something went wrong-give us time to fix it." Agent is no help. Frustrating. It used to work.

It is hard to surf. I had to chat to get to the page to pay my bill. The chat ability is very weak. Only can answer a few things and those not well!

Im not sure how this app has 4.7 - connecting to devices to this app is a nightmare. It offers 4 options and if you do not have any of those options you just cnat use trackers with this app. But what you can do (sneaky as hell) is download one of the 4 apps they use to do tracking and "buy" all new equipment to support those apps- new tracker watches - new blood pressure montiers - new blue tooth scales. So crooked
I have nothing but issues with this app. It constantly asks for my username & password even though I use biometrics. I can't ever refill my prescriptions, I always have to end up contacting someone directly. It's an absolute hot mess!
