I spend the money on this for the year the 107.00 which to me is a lot of money So I go to login for my eighth lesson and it's asking me to pay again I followed the instructions I'm using the same email and I can't get in send three emails to this company no response and this magical chat bubble that's supposed to appear is not there So there's no customer service and they've taken my money and I know number or live person for me to speak to corporate scam
Useless app
This app doesn't have all languages that people want to learn. I want to learn Japanese but there's no option to learn it. You know, I might download Duolingo instead then. One star.
there's no way for indonesian speaker to use this app. after i downloaded, at first babel ask you to choose the language you speak in before you choose what language you want to learn. but after i look into it there's no option for indonesian. which is why me as indonesian speaker can't use this app. why babbel?
I hate to say it, but they're thieves. I purchased and immediately turned off the auto renew. A year later, they billed me again and said they could not issue a refund. Beware.

I can't find chinese language in this app,what can I do?
The Italian course is awful. I'm to the point of conjugating words and the preparation they give you before throwing you into a conversation is miniscule. The conversations are very long so if your failing it's like they want to rub it in your face. Worse yet are the speakers. Every sentence needs to be listened to a few times or more otherwise you'll miss the words the speakers barely pronounce. I wasted over $100 on this app and all it does is frustrate me.
I don't want this. I've been charged and haven't used these language programs since last year! Please stop charging me!
