My profile had been in review for almost 50 days. This is due to my pictures being either unprofessional or it's blurry. I reported to support twice for some help on the issue but no reply which is really sad. Does the app decide if the pictures are professional or is there actually someone deciding if it is professional? I honestly don't think the app is taking to account that there are different types of professional pictures not just shirt and tie.

I can't seem to get my profile verified. Indicates not enough pictures or pictures are blurry even when I use professional photos taken by a photographer. And it doesn't indicate which photos are the issue. I give up!

Trust anything South African to work, It shows my profile is 100% completed, but I was sent an automated message that is just general. No feedback from support after reporting this issue on numerous occasions. Terrible experience. I was hyped by their ads, but it seems this app has no support team available, Profile pending approval for 4 days, I've given up.
This app has proved to be unuseful so far. My profile has been 18 days in review, I can't see people's pictures, all I see is a name and how far they are. How am I supposed to asses if i can't see the person?? Signing in is often a nightmare
